arrow 5.1.08: pdf People TV is proud to announce on Sunday, May 18 it will host the premiere screening of Sidewalk Stories-a documentary film that features five stories to help promote civic engagement and celebrate history and culture throughout Fulton County.

The stories featured in Sidewalk Stories were produced by five community organizations through a partnership with People TV and the project was supported in part by grants from the Fulton County Arts Council, Atlanta Office of Cultural Affairs, and Georgia Council for the Arts. The communities and organizations that participated in Sidewalk Stories include Autrey Mill Nature Preserve & Heritage Center in John’s Creek, Norwood Manor, Sandtown, Grove Park , and the Latin American & Caribbean Community Center .

The premiere screening event will be held on Sunday, May 18 at 3:00 p.m. in the Atlanta-Fulton County Central Library Auditorium located downtown at One Margaret Mitchell Square . This event is free and includes a screening of the complete documentary, an opportunity to dialogue with the filmmakers, and a reception following the screening.
